St. John Bosco’s Matayo Uiagalalei leads MaxPreps All-State Team: California High School Football

California recently closed one of its most unique football seasons after moving from autumn to spring. There were no playoffs or state championships, but most schools played four to six games in a short season. Many of the best new hires have skipped the last few years to enroll early in college or focus on the next level.

However, there was still a lot of play as most kids were happy to have the opportunity to return to the field and play their favorite games.

High School Soccer Ranking: California Top 25 Final Ranking

Mater Dei (Santa Ana) has finished the spring season as the state’s number one team and is represented by the California MaxPreps All-State team. The 11 Monarch teams are headed by USC 2021 signer Raesjon Davis, USC 5-star pledge Domani Jackson, and Oklahoma 2022 pledge Raleek Brown.

After a 5-0 spring and many iterations, Mater Dei has a chance to take first place in the 2021 pre-season MaxPreps Top 25 ranking later this summer.

The state’s second team, St. John Bosco (Bellflower), is also well represented by a total of eight stay themes, led by outstanding class 2023 Matayouia Gallerei and the four-star Offensive Lineman Ernest Green III. .. ..

At least one player was selected from 24 different schools and multiple selections were made from 14 schools. In total, 28 seniors, 22 juniors, 7 sophomores, and 1 freshman complete a roster of 59 players selected by the team from all over California.

First team attack

QB Maracinelson, Los Alamitos
