Canton McKinley (Ohio) suspends head football coach and assistants

The repository said Canton McKinley head soccer coach Marcus Wattley and seven assistant coaches are currently suspended while the school district investigates the misconduct allegations.

Canton City Schools Superintendent Jeff Talbert confirmed Wednesday that he is investigating allegations made against district coaches regarding an incident that occurred during reinforcement and conditioning training at the high school.

Watley has been the head coach of the program since 2019.
